Components for lighting fixtures

Since 2009, our company has been specializing in development and production of aluminum radiators and assembly sets for LED lamps of different application. The components are manufactured at our own foundry production in Naberezhnye Chelny.

As of today, we are able to manufacture 30 types of LED lighting fixtures using our component parts.

We provided solutions which do not require additional costs, as well as design and develop components for lighting fixtures from the drawings developed by our company specialists or from those of the customer.

Also our factory renders services in machining (machine working): miller processing, lathe turning, grinder processing, drilling.

Radiators of lighting fixtures are specially developed for sufficient heat removal from LEDs and are made of aluminum. Radiators are wear resistant and vandal proof.

We have a set of injection molding equipment with locking pressure from 180 to 630 tons.

Design and manufacture of complex process accessories from the drawings developed by our company specialists or from those of the customer.

As of today, we are able to manufacture more than 20 000 pieces of aluminum radiators, assembly sets and LED lamps per month.

We supply our assembly sets to more than 100 LED lighting fixtures manufacturers in various Russian regions. We as well, carry out export supplies to Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
